Users of this service should be aware that only members of the organized medical staff of Baptist Hospital of Miami, Baptist Children’s Hospital, South Miami Hospital, Doctors Hospital, West Kendall Baptist Hospital, Homestead Hospital, Mariner’s Hospital, and Baptist Cardiac & Vascular Institute are eligible to participate. Atlantis Health Clinicoffers medical referrals as a community service and does not charge physicians for participation. Instead of this online referral service, users may contact any physician listed in the directory directly to schedule an appointment or call 305-596-6557 for more information about a specific physician. Users are also encouraged to check with their individual health plans to determine any insurance coverage restrictions for services offered by participating physicians and to ensure that their chosen physician accepts their health insurance. The referral service and physician directory are offered solely as an informational resource for the community. Atlantis Health Clinicwill not be liable and assumes no responsibility for negligent or intentional acts or omissions.
